CEO / Chief Creative Officer

Stuart fell in love with advertising at 17, while working during college. He has worked on blue chip clients across the U.S. and around the world, including: Volkswagen, United Airlines, Dell, Travelers, Accenture and Hertz. He has won practically every advertising award, including the Grand Prix at Cannes. His work has been recognized with an Emmy nomination and has been featured for copy craft in British D&AD. He has five films in the permanent collection at MoMA.

President / Director of Client Services & Brand Integration

Kevin has guided brand and integrated communications work for some of the world’s most admired brands, including BMW, McDonald’s, Target, Capital One, Northwestern Mutual and UnitedHealth Group. Over the years, he has been recognized with multiple Effie awards for effectiveness. Prior to BD’D, Kevin was CEO at Olson and built the agency to become one of the top 10 full-service independent agencies in North America. He also worked at Carmichael Lynch Spong and Fallon.

Bob Barrie

BOB BARRIE

Partner / Executive Creative Director

Bob co-founded BD’D in 2006. Prior to that, he spent two prolific decades at Fallon creating famous campaigns for TIME, Porsche, Jim Beam, and Nikon, to name a few. His work has been some of the most awarded in the industry – including over 40 One Show Pencils. Bob’s TIME “red border” campaign was named “Print Campaign of the Decade” by The One Club. At BD’D, Bob stays true to his passion and craft by partnering with clients and working with, and alongside, creative teams.

JANIE WALDRON

Partner / Director of Project Management

Janie brings 20-years experience in managing workflow process for agencies. She has been the Director of Project Management at BD’D since 2007. Prior to that she ran project management for Fallon-Intersect and Olson. She has developed and implemented agency systems to ensure efficiency and clear communication both within the agency, and between the agency and client. Her experience includes major initiatives for United Airlines, Dell, Hertz, BMW and Nike Bauer.

Managing Partner / Chief Strategy Officer

Benny joined BD’D from Crispin Porter Bogusky where he was Global Executive Strategy Director. At the agency, he led multidisciplinary strategic teams on brands such as Infiniti, Cuervo, PayPal, Microsoft, Amex, and Charles Schwab. He worked with Charles Schwab himself, to transform the brand from a discount brokerage to a wealth management company. Benny also served as Global Planning Director at Y&R, on Bacardi and LG, and Global Planning Director at Chiat/Day on Mars.

Managing Partner, Social & Digital

Prior to joining BD’D, Ivan spent 10 years at Crispin Porter Bogusky in various roles including Managing Director of the LA office and Global Chief Digital Officer, in charge of social and digital. He led some of the agency’s most innovative work, including the Domino’s Pizza eCommerce innovations. Previously, he started an award-winning interactive agency and received Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 100 award. Ivan received his degree in computer science from Stanford.

Director of Integrated Production

Jack made his first film at the age of twelve and has been producing content ever since. He has worked on blue chip clients, including: United Airlines, Hertz, Porsche, Coke, Harley-Davidson, IKEA, and Target. Over the past decade at BD’D, he has produced everything from TV to apps to games. Jack also spent 15 years at Carmichael Lynch, where he was head of TV production. Jack’s work has won numerous awards including the Next Experiential media award in the AICP/MoMA Show.

Brand Integration Director

Megan is a well-rounded account leader, with a decade of combined corporate, agency, consumer and B2B experience. Megan enjoys “mashing up” her skills in strategic planning, account management and super-detailed project execution to help develop and manage fully integrated brand strategies and campaigns. Her category experience includes working in financial services, healthcare, agriculture, home improvement, and travel and leisure. Prior to BD’D, Megan worked for Martin Williams in Minneapolis and Allscripts Healthcare Solutions in Chicago.

TIMOTHY HARSH

Marketing Analytics

Tim brings 20 years of award-winning, digital marketing experience working with some of the world’s top brands including Microsoft, Disney, Warner Bros., MGM, United Airlines, adidas and more. Prior to working on the advertising agency side, Tim co-founded the internet division at the MGM Studios as Executive Director, Marketing. – overseeing the MGM brand online, as well as creating the award winning MGM.com. Tim led digital strategy at BD’D from 2008 to 2015 and is now back with a focus on data and analytics.
